Dinan Solutions is an operating team. We take the messy, manual, expensive parts of a business and make them run properly — and then we keep running them.

Why we exist

Businesses don't run badly because the people are bad.

They run badly because nobody owns the seams — the gaps between systems, the handoffs nobody scheduled, the work that falls to whoever is least busy. Everyone is doing their job. The business still leaks.

Most companies answer that by buying another tool, or hiring a consultant who leaves a slide deck behind. We think that's backwards. Somebody has to actually take the work and run it. So that's what we do — on our own platform, Zarvx, so we're never waiting on anyone else's roadmap.

And we're honest that we're early. The dream is bigger than a services firm: a world where the boring half of a business runs itself — quietly, visibly, under your control. Efficiency that feels like relief, not a threat. We build toward it every day.

Obsessed with the moment something finally clicks into place.

I've spent a decade building enterprise software where efficiency wasn't a slogan — it was the deliverable. Healthcare systems handling sensitive data at scale, financial platforms where a slow process costs real money, and a taste of manufacturing and construction — where a dropped handoff costs a whole day. Along the way I also ran an e-commerce business and started a podcast, and said yes to a long list of things I had no business trying. I loved all of it.

That's the honest thread: I'm addicted to figuring out how something works and then making it work better. Not for the theory of it — for the feeling. Dinan Solutions is that instinct pointed at other people's businesses, and I'm all-in on it, full time.
